Yeah, I agree, furthermore Quake has no particular legacy software for an old collection repackage on any console outside Xbox 360 (4 games: Quake 2, 3, 4 and Wars), then the second one was N64 (2 games, Quake 1 and 2, last Nintendo console with a Quake), then Saturn (Quake), PS1 (Quake 2), Dreamcast (Quake 3), PS2 (Quake 3), PS3 (Quake Wars) with 1 game each. So, not even the strange version of “legacy” we hear so much nowadays. XD
Not bait honest question.
Cause Quake is no where as big as it use to be. And i just read some more about this suppose reboot it might actually be just the origianl game with added levels and stuff and not actually a full reboot with better graphics or a remake guess we will find out in a couple days.
All Bethesda games will be exclusive in the future.
Maybe not Indy though? since they revealed it before fully acquired and we haven’t seen what the contract portrays regarding exclusivity. But if it is multiplatform watch the fallout of idiots going “OHHHH you can give us Indy which means Elder scrolls isn’t exclusive”
Starfield is right there as evidence that it doesnt matter
If Phil says Bethesda’s games will be released on platforms where Game Pass is available then that’s how its going to be. When he says someones it usually ends up happening. I can even see Indiana Jones being exclusive as well, being the Xbox answer to Spider-Man. They have a much bigger budget now so I don’t think its necessary for it to release on Playstation or Switch. (Unless there was a deal made before the acquisition and Phil wants to honor it)
The only thing he said that I still don’t know what he was referring to was when he said he wanted to make amends for Street Fighter V, but he said that so long ago that it doesn’t really matter now.
Okay… but why didn’t they reveal it at E3? . Also Starfield is Bethesda’s own IP not licensed
Square’s expectations are always so unrealistic, outside of maybe Final Fantasy, I don’t see how any game from them can be a success. SMH.
That one is maybe the last promise Phil made which is still pending, considering SFV is still not on Xbox and we don’t know anything about the next installment. Considering the large scale implications, Xbox is getting better in Japan, but there is still much (much) room for improvement.
Wasn’t there a rumour Street fighter 6 is multi plat?
Because Disney was on a streak of revealing game announcements that one week?
I won’t make assumptions on that or any rumour, expecially concerning japanese games and Xbox.
Possibly, although Xbox hasn’t spoken about it… But you can see my point right? You just know people will use it as ammunition if it’s Multi-plat.
If there’s any company which can force Disney hand is MS, if they want it exclusive, they’ll get it, it’s their freaking studio, I mean, it wouldn’t have been the first project disbanded after a merger because of conflicting interests.
I think the way Capcom have been in recent years with doing great business might mean it’s multi-plat. Also i would assume Capcom would be disappointed in how 5 performed being only on one platform.
The leaked documents said it would be but sometime ago Nick said it might not, so it could go either way.
It doesn’t bother me tbh i always have preferred Tekken
I think UK sale comparison always get overblown when for the most part the UK is one of Sony’s strongest territories. Also I looked at top paid digital games on the xbox store and here in Canada hades is in the top 20 and beating out a game such as F1, which is pretty big since it’s an indie and on gamepass
Who even buys physical? I only know one guy, and he’s a collector.
