These Xbox Cross promotions are getting out of hand!

I imagine newer games will be developed with QR in mind and be tested against it. I don’t really have concerns with support long term.

That’s just strange as hell. Both Knockout City and MSFS don’t go into QR for me.

Truly hope so. There’s no reason for Psychonauts 2 not to work with it or maybe even Halo Infinite campaign.

They are seemingly funded by Smilegate ( Crossfire). So there is a decent chance it’s multiplatform at the very least

yeah, thats what I’m hoping for as well. Also, its pretty much a sony game in anything but name haha - singleplayer, third person, action adventure, worked on by a studio comprising of key ex-SIE figureheads. Gon be interesting to keep an eye out on.

Interesting. Hope they’re successful.

No surprise that PlayStation 5 is now over 10m averaging over 1m per month. Ratchet selling only 10% isn’t that good in my opinion and Returnal at less than 6% looks like a bomb to me. Seriously, can’t even hit 1m?? SMH. Oh well. Maybe there’s still hope that I get DinoNation!!!

It’s time everyone including Sony realized that it’s extremely rare for the majority of their first party games to even cross 20% attach rate (while Nintendo keeps doing it again and again). The only few games that did it on PS4 are Spiderman 2018 and probably God of War. And now, Miles Morales is carrying forward that winning Spiderman formula, and I’m sure the next Spiderman game will also be the highest selling PS5 game, it is what it is.

That’s one of the many reasons Sony is pushing for PC as well this coming generation, because it gets them out of the plastic box paradigm into potentially much much larger userbase who has been gated from their games for a long time. All of this even if they continue relying on traditional retail based metrics for their games, can help them succeed in the PC space just like Xbox is right now.

Big numbers for the video game market.

Switch continuing on its path to be the highest selling console oat.

PS5 being the most in demand console OAT so far.

Xbox has never been more successful despite having no big banger exclusives until late.

It’s absolutely insane how fast the gaming industry has grown.
