Or maybe they just got some info related to PlayStation and want to share it with their audience. Besides I donât see this acquisition as a big news, Arc system studio is practically a Sony first party studio at this point, when was the last guilty gear or blaze blue game release on Xbox.

It will be interesting to compare the Xbox E3 show and the non-E3 Sony presentation, in a non-fanboy way I mean.
Sony donât need E3, but they still need to show something in that critical period right before the end of year.
They seem to have some great content to show. I think what they will not match in quantity, they will match in quality.

Xbox has still got stuff to show later this year. Maybe they wonât be matching the quantity but on quality by then.

Yeah, thatâs true. Xbox is on top right now, in terms of new IP and big releases. But Sony still have some momentum. Itâs exciting.
I think MS has another acquisition bomb to drop at the right time to counter any Sony momentum (real or fabricated by fanboys) like they did last year with Zenimax. You can see Sony is nervous by Jimboâs interviews.

I donât see why Sony would want to acquire arc system if they get all of their games anyways and their games rarely appear on other consoles.

You forget, but there was some smoke early 2017 that Playground was going multiplatform with the RPG they wanted to make before Microsoft acquired them.

Doesnât matter anymore because after E3 Microsoft showed the next 18 months and silenced alot of these clickbaity garbage by showing whatâs coming soon and what we can play.

Jesus christ this we cant bring anything from outside even for some laughs is annoying. Unless its some derailing and stuff that serves no purpose but toxicity then its fine to police it but that is not the case.

Anyway, it would make sense for Sony to acquire them after getting EVO. If it does happens Xbox will be out of the fighting genre until they acquire ND if ever.
Doesnât bother me though, MS has shown their strength and commitment, this is a competition after all and MS is not nearly done showing their hands this year.
Xbox still dominates in casual racing genre.
