I had never any doubt that Xbox was profitable the last few years even if they lose some money on hardware. Microsoft knows how to make dough and the financial statements for the More Personal Computing division always supported this.

The actual article didn’t say to make it smaller, they said redesigned to resolve production woes and also mentioned switching up suppliers or finding alternate suppliers.
