So, this deal is for just 1 of the 3 games they are making? They will probably look for publishing partners for their other 2 games.

I thought this gen Sony would have a more difficult time making these deals because they are one of the only publishers that locks content to 1 platform but hey, money speaks and this being their 1st game it was probably less money for Sony and a safety blanket for the devs.

Most of these people would have made their decision some time ago, when you work at a place for so long you don’t make a decision a split second. This probably signals that Starfield was the last game they wanted to work on at Bethesda and now that it has probably come close to completion.

Crunch could also be a possibility according to some tweets, but who really knows. Let E3 happen! Assuming it’s there of course, nothing is set in stone on that just yet.

People often forget that these are people working at jobs and there are countless reasons why people leave. It happens all the time and will continue to happen in the future at studios all across the industry.

Klobrille will probably tweet about it, I’m sure he knows what’s up. If it’s all artists, their work is done. They are the first to leave, because they are working on concepts and design.

There’s something to be said for having to wait for the monthly gaming magazines to get any sort of news.

the game is done folks, this is normal for devs to leave after the game finish development or really final stages.

good news i think it will be this fall… four big games Halo, FH 5, Starfield and AOE IV
