some people be responding to “its 70 dollars on PS5, 15 on Gamepass” with “well, MLB 21 will eventually leave Gamepass and you won’t own it” as if these sports games are meant to even last beyond six to eight months, that’s why there’s a new entry every year in the first place. Oh no, MLB21 is leaving by the time MLB22 is already on its way, what an unexpected tragedy. These sports games of today don’t warrant such high prices for what’s essentially manufactured obsolescence, so them coming to gamepass day 1 is actually a better thing for you than buying it for 70 unless you’re one to “collect” and preserve sports games that are meant to die in a year.

This is disappointing, one of the few things I’ve got preordered (BestBuy has the steelbook with
Lego Han in carbonite on the cover!) 
But at the same time, I do want it to be great when I get it.

First, i can’t complete by backlog because of Gamepass.
And now, i can’t play games because of megaton Gamepass news hitting every now and then.

Still, I can’t figure out why Ed would tweet that about Halo earlier today. He has proven by now that he knows things beforehand. So was this him just speculating, throwing out ideas or is there something to it? I’d find it a very, very weird trade. Even if Halo Infinite MP is F2P after all.
