I mean death stranding 2 is obvious and am almost certain its gonna be a play anywhere title and it makes perfect sense.
However i have no idea if we are gonna see another playstation game outside death stranding 2 be a play anywhere title.

Was watching a very funny video of someone playing Fable 2 but then roleplaying with funny commentary.
And that really got me thinking about the new game. Quite disappointed it wasnāt part of the June show at all. But then Phil afterwards said next year was the year of Forza, Fable iirc, so thatās hopeful. But the rumor about Fable being 2027 isnāt exactly hopeful.
Itās been a long, long wait, just really want to play it but at this rate itāll be launching when next Xbox launches. That is assuming it really comes out, Perfect Dark seemed fine too when it was shown, Iām however not gonna get into Everwild. Itās wild how long that was able to go on and on.
That being said, if the dev needs that kind of extra time and we get a much better game for itā¦ itāll be worth it in the end.

My uni housemate who was doing a business degree enjoyed the dark side of that game way too much (utilitarianism those horrible business lot call it instead of evil lol) - he did the full Sacrificing to the Shadows side quest including spouse with no hesitation, which unnerved the rest of us who always played Paragon in every game lol.
As for the new game, given Philās comment Iām pretty sure itāll be next year - and it wonāt be cancelled - so just chill and enjoy the huge number of games between now and then, Veilguard on GP, The Outer Worlds 2 coming soon (a personal favourite Iām really looking forward to) and all the rest 
EDIT: Also, thinking about it theyāre using the Forza engine for something new which likely explains the development time - but being Playground Iāve no doubt like the FH series theyāll then be able to use it to put out future games much faster, maybe sequels if it does well

When it comes to games role playing evil isnāt my go to, but when I have no choice but to sacrifice someone to advance I will always chose the people I know least.
Like in ESO, thereās a quest in Eastmarch where a door has been cursed to keep people trapped inside. With the only way to open it is to Sacrifice someone(unfortunately I donāt think I could sacrifice myself, which sucks, because thereās a quest later on where we sacrifice ourselves to help some people.).
So when it came down to it, I sacrificed the Reachman that was imprisoned by his people after he had a change of heart. Because he couldnāt stand the thought of killing kids and my character was literally telling him that was the way out and he would be reunited with his kids.
Itās kind of grim to lie to him about it and force him to die thinking he was seeing his children, but I did do the other option with another character. Where one Ebonhart soldier was willing to sacrifice herself instead.

And yes, PC, Phil and Xbox talked about adding PC games forever ago. We finally have all the promises (owned cloud games, PC games, and mouse and keyboard) that they kept saying were coming āend of this yearā several years ago

There is something incredibly tempting about being a piece of shit in a game if it lets you. I remember Fallout 3 and Megaton very well. That one decision made me an evil Marauder for the rest of the game butā¦worth it.
In my first proper RDR2 playthrough however I did mostly good, when possible but in a second playthrough I will let that one dude just fall of a cliff and not rescue him. Thereās just something great about doing the opposite of what Iād do in real life.
As for Fable, true, Phil did say that but afterwards came Nick with those rumors. Now of course heās been wrong several times about stuff too and at the end of the day he only heard this from other sources butā¦yeah, weāll see.
I really, really want to see more of it. And while I initially really didnāt want stuff like burping and farting in the new one, after seeing Fable 2 again it had ke cracking up. So if they do put that in, Iām up for it.

Not seeing PC games on the Xbox App yet, but I am seeing a few interesting changes:
- Xbox Game Pass status is on display at the top of the screen now (for me itās Ultimate and if I click it, it shows me my benefits).
- Every game has a noticeable āincluded in this subscriptionā banner if you scroll and itās included in GP.
- āStream your own gameā has massively expanded to include Xbox game pass titles and free to play titles, I imagine for the core and console tier gamers. According to the filter thereās now 701 āstream your own gameā ready titles.
- Black Myth Wukong is āstream your own gameā (judging by its success on PC though, they probably shouldāve pushed for an XPA release).
- The store feels a lot smoother to use. Iām also seeing ājust for youā sales like I do on Xbox.
Edit - oh I misread. I assumed the two updates were cloud related. But it looks like theyāre just adding native PC games to Xbox Game Pass Core and Xbox Game Pass standard. Pretty interesting. Makes me wonder how theyāll do that AND have PC game pass. It seems a little redundant.
Also boy is rewards kinda broken. I just had the app open and it considered it as me playing a GP game for 15 minutesā¦

Yeah sometimes if thereās a Bioware style sacrifice needed I can make the difficult choice, but otherwise I like playing the hero too much lol.
Thinking back, as a teenager I didnāt care too much, happily gutting everyone in my way - I thought maybe adulthood or the world going a bit shite since made me care, but actually I think itās the world-building.
I didnāt used to feel bad murdering enemies, but now when sneaking you can hear them talking about how their kids canāt wait for Christmas and their mum is sick etc and you can feel bloody awful if you end up having to shoot them rather than avoid or incapacitate them lol.
Think itās made me go from being a mostly paragon player to a full one - I even avoided killing any orange vulnerable enemies in AC Shadows as they were identified to just be civilians, despite it giving me XP if I hadā¦
Just one caveat, when a gang or enemy has deliberately killed or badly hurt a member of my team / family / the civilian population or is cast as pure evil whoāll never give up then I murder every one of them and thoroughly enjoy it

PC has Day 1, Core/Standard has online play on Xbox.
I wonder if itās a prelude to locking down Play Anywhere from subscriptions, so if a game is Play Anywhere, but is only included in one of the subs, PA wonāt work anymore if publishers doesnāt want it.
What you telling me basically putting the middle finger to the audience you grew and going to a platform that really wasnāt predominantly multiplayer. Was not a good idea ?

Anyone having an issue where you know you did enough time to get the xbox reward for a day but you donāt see it appear until the next day?
Its been happening from time to time were am at and its pretty odd. I hope am not going crazy on this.
Yeah but PC has Day 1 & EA play & doesnāt need online play & costs less than Standard.
It just feels off value wise and adding PC games to core and standard makes it a bit more weird. Xbox is basically saying that thereās a cheaper PC only tier with ALL the big benefits, but not something similar on console. To get day one on console you need ultimate and to get ea play on console you need ultimate. It feels like there should be a console only tier that gives day one & ea play on console, but is ONLY console (no cloud gaming or pc games). Maybe next gen if they truly get rid of paid online entirely? Then that wonāt be an excuse for core and standard.
I had that issue a lot before. Now Iām having the opposite where I havenāt done jack (just open the Xbox app on PC) and it counts as me playing a game pass game and a PC game. They really do need to iron out the bugs with rewards already. Iāve lost my streak a couple of times purely due to bugs.
