You know who needs it? MP4.
Am I seeing this right? No HDR options in Battlefield 6? So itâs system level?
Nirn root is that plant I harvest when I hear it because itâs annoying.
Nintendo and Sont doing this too then?
For anyone curious, no we were not invited to Halo Studios for previews like others.
There is some options iirc. Default HDR is pretty good but I still put brightness at 65. It raises the black level a bit but I like it better. Itâs down to preferences.
Likely, just not easy to crack especially Nintendo.
This wouldâve been perfect if they cut to a murder hobo run.
Out of the loop with Nintendo, but is that 60 minutes with one game? Kirby might be the next $80 game.
oh I see now. Itâs in the graphics quality settings > world brightness. I was searching for a specific HDR section.
Yep, all Kirby
I mean Iâve never seen media talk much about dev kits for Sony and Nintendo. For Xbox too for that matter. This story is kinda weird in that context, because I donât think anyone in the public (most gamers) have any idea what a dev kit even costs (I assumed it was free), and I imagine most donât know what a dev kit really refers to (I barely do). Itâs weird to me that this is the first thing that pops up when I search âXboxâ in the news section of Bing and the sites covering it. This is news for developers not gamers, and itâs something I donât think anyone would care about if not just to pile on why Xbox is bad. Like the real implication of the story is probably that more games will skip Xbox or Xbox is killing their console platform more or whatever.
Tested out the gaming copilot in the Xbox App Beta, itâs⊠there certainly. Honestly Iâd prefer that subsection used for an Xbox Wire integration or some type of reliable game updates, events, and patch notes tab. Whatever. What Iâm really confused about is why they didnât just keep the Cortana assistant branding at least for the Xbox experience. Who wants to talk to âGaming Copilotâ? Nah, just give me Cortana. And then when it hallucinates we can just call it ârampancyâ. All of a sudden itâs a feature, not a bug.
If you need us to go in front of Halo Studios to manifest our discontent, let us know!
According to Reddit âMovies Anywhereâ removed Microsoft last night. This was the fear when Microsoft stopped selling movies. If Movies Anywhere loses its link your movies are now gone.
I never linked into the movies everywhere thing, but I still have access to a couple of movies I bought from the store on Xbox and PC through the Movies and TV app. If Microsoft kills the app completely though, thatâs gone for me.
Yeah, this is specifically about Movies Anywhere. If you watch that way nothings changed. I did just log in and confirm it. Movies Anywhere has removed Microsoft!
Right, so no access on other apps, but since I have a windows laptop I could take it with me to watch movies I bought.
Thereâs also probably adding my account to other windows PCs too.
Sucks for people outside the Windows ecosystem though and will likely suck for me when Microsoft devalues or discontinues the app for a new movie player.
