Not going to lie but I for one am very happy that Ubisoft is moving away from licensed games. Avatar and Outlaws are overall 8.0/10 games for me which isn’t bad whatsoever but they didn’t do well commercially or critically. Outside of Sony’s licensed games, only Hogwarts Legacy did amazing because it’s an excellent game. Most just don’t hit/are bad (Gollum) or aren’t what people wanted them to be (Suicide Squad and Gotham Knights).
As someone who was pissed when Division: Heartland was cancelled and prefer Division 1 and 2 over Avatar and Outlaws and is super hyped for Division 3, yeah, get everyone on that game and get away from Avatar and Outlaws. Their time came, there was no resurgence (unlike say Rainbow Six Siege for example) and it simply didn’t work.
Give me my The Division 3 baby!!!
