Could the ethics and values be more about the AI thing with Israel and this being some sort of boycott? I have a hard time understanding what the leadership in a game studio could do when it comes to those points to be honest.

I bet it will turn out to be about AI thing, but just about trying to use AI to replace contract workers, so that hey can afford more employees.
