Out of 15 games (excluding free dlc content like Astro Bot, remasters and VR), I got 3 games. Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Monster Hunter Wilds and Ghost of Yotei. Third State of Play in a row in which 3 games were for me so percentage wise, 20% which is bad. Ghost of Yotei though makes up for it as I have been waiting for it to get announced.

Oh I do get you saying itās samey. Honestly several games during this stream looked samey in terms of combat, itās all been done before. But it does look to be fun in DA. But it definitely wonāt be on the levels of Monster Hunter combat wise.

I had been on a media black out for Dragons Age but that trailer did more to turn me off than turn me on. I probably should watch more.

Nice niiiiice. I thought this looked quite nice, definitely potential! Online RPG though, but still!
The Dragons Ageās art style isā¦ ballsy to say the least, quite stylized, cartoony? and with all that purple predominance.
I guess they are looking for some new audience with this, but if i had to bet iād say itās going to bomb sales wise, hope im wrong.
Looks too ugly for me to buy it at least on day 1, maybe if it gets really good reviewsā¦ luckily November is packed as hell, and late October also has CoD if i recall correctly.

For me the show was a C+ to B-, had a good run time and mostly good pace even if not everything had me thinking much about it after it ended. Except for Dragon Age, Hello is Us, Monster Hunter and a little bit of Dynasty Warriors.
Hate to be that guy, but if Pro demo was Ghost, that wasnāt it. It had to be like Gears E-Day to make me think over.

It has that weird mobile game art style, coupled with bright UI elements makes it look a bit cartoony. The animations are very solid but graphical fidelity doesnāt match.

I do agree somehow the Dragon Age gameplay here was not the best, but I do think the game still seems good reminds me of the Diablo games
Forgot to bookmark it, but Iāve seen someone suggest that heads are a bit oversized compared to what they should be with standard proportions. It probably feeds the uneasy reaction to art style change.
Dragon Age will be fine. How I know? Horizon Remastered releases on the same day!
