Gunplay seems to be really good and so much fun. The attention to details on the animations… pfew !!

There’s been a call to boycott everything Microsoft because of their profitting from the genocide in Gaza, by the BDS Movement.
It’s even one of the pinned topics on otherera, personally I don’t think they will. As Xbox is more constantly on the news than any other platforms and percieved bad news, leaks, ‘mistakes’ tend to draw a large crowd to websites.
But we know that media is as critical as they should be of Microsoft, even of things like putting out to many games which makes no sense. So anyone deciding not to cover Xbox would do it in a similar fashion(imo) as with Insomniac. Where they said they wouldn’t cover leaks and they are only thinking about the devs, only to turn around and cover leaks for other devs.
Finished Indiana Jones, just like Avowed, it left me wanting more, what an epic game, I was disappointed when it was first revealed to be first person because I wanted Xbox’s own Uncharted or Tomb Raider but I loved it, personally enjoyed it more than all the new Tomb Raider games too, but it is MachineGames and they’re really great writers who know how to make very engaging stories, looking forward to DLC which I’m sure they will do because of something I found in the game which seems to be a hint at DLC, we’ll see!

Yeah if Cloud was accessible to everyone right now and had no issues Game Pass would be way bigger, it likely wouldn’t reach billions but I could see 75 million monthly subs in a world where every PC out there had the same specs as a console or everyone could stream seamlessly, we’re not there yet and we’re unlikely to get there any time soon, a way to reach bigger numbers would be to find a way to put it on PS and maybe Switch but that’s also unlikely, this is why I thought it was important for Microsoft to care about console sales and try harder to sell more console but yeah that ship sailed long ago.

Last I heard was a rumor that Game Pass might have reached 50 million from a Pure Xbox article. When it comes to Cloud, I’d be thinking the goal would be to reach Netflix subscriber numbers which is over 200 million.
On the console front I do agree to some point considering they don’t seem to be restocking in other countries. My guess is with all the Switch 2 and handhelds hype they will use this to launch and push third party Xbox handhelds. Now that the Xbox consoles are beginning to be more in demand they could launch the Xbox Asus handheld and use it as a new standard, they could also use it to push the PC Xbox store and make the Xbox app and their other gaming apps to become center in the ensuing platform wars. It would also be a great way for them to ease gamers into next gen as they prepare for higher prices.
The Great Circle is such an amazing game, this unique mix of 1st person camera with immersion sim sensibilities and action/adventure in the world of Indy is so freakin’ good. It’s an excellent videogame and a top-notch Indiana Jones simulator at the same time…can’t wait to return to the game for the upcoming expansion.
Are we really complaining about “too much content from Xbox” now? wtf is wrong with people…

If they keep releasing games at the same pace as they are now I think it’s inevitable that they reach 50 million (if they haven’t already).

I wonder if all the hoopla over Oblivion generated a lot of new Game Pass subscriptions. Or alternately if we’re at the point where everybody interested in a subscription has Game Pass already, and everyone else is happy to just purchase the game.

Not sure how long ago they’ve added this, but being able to uninstall left over content for games that aren’t installed is a cool feature. I just got 11GB back from left over Hitman content. I had no idea.
