So basically, Toby Fox made GameMaker add new special function to support his episodic release model and it’s not yet implemented on Xbox.
Outside of that, Xbox is still supported.
This is where MS’s cloud gaming push also comes into play. I was expecting a bump for “next gen” anyway, with people leaving hardware behind. But with those tariffs, consoles would likely be around $900. So cloud gaming could see massive growth as a result.

I saw it yesterday with my best fiend and his wife and kids (both who love minecraft) and it was better than I would have ever expected.
Obviously its a stupid boilerplate movie. But it was charming and funny. Everyone in the theater loved it. People were clapping and cheering.
And that comes with a qualifier that I didnt understand most of the references because I dont play Minecraft. I tried Minecraft when it was first starting to get popular 100 years ago for about five minutes.

Finished Indiana Jones. Was really fun, and felt very Indy.
Definitely a bit easy on normal, definitely a few tech hitches (pop in, some clipping etc), definitely a few too many rote ‘white paint go here’ areas, but generally a really polished and fun adventure that didn’t outstay its welcome. Great stuff.
Edit: Voss was superb as a slimy psycho Nazi.

Had this been like Commandos, Desperados, or Shadow Tactics I’d be really excited. TB is not for me.

There is a demo, but didn’t play it long. Hopefully it’s great.
At least from what I can remember you CAN control the characters with the stick and it isn’t like the remasters where you had to use the cursor to move your team around. Hated this.
The way Desperados 3 and Shadow Tactics do this on console is ideal.

Same here, with any platform. I only claim free games on Epic if they have achievements, for example. Otherwise I’d rather buy it on Steam or Xbox when it’s on sale.
I just think achievements are a great way of tracking my gaming history. Plus I’m a statistics nerd who likes seeing his numbers go up.
