Man imagine the potential of how scary and suspenseful it could be when a raptor is giving you chase, let alone how awesome and “realistic” they can make these creatures look, sheesh.
Yeah, it’s rather dumb to be honest. I really never understood when folks are saying something is too gamey, bruh…it’s a videogame, it’s supposed to be gamey.
I do hope the enemy variety isn’t going to be an issue, you’d think devs would notice this too.
Too me it’s the fact they’re saying too gamey and instead of using something like Red Dead Redemption 2 as an example of how a not to gamey video game is, they used the current God Of War as an example. It’s been a while since I saw anything related to that game, but from what I remember that game was pretty gamey with the combos I remember people pulling off.
Kinda funny how all discussion of KCD2 just stopped for such a highly rated WRPG.

So much happening within this month.
For a while there it was extremely important that everyone knew about the ways that Kingdom Come compared favorably with Avowed. Hey have you heard that Kingdom Come has gameplay system X that Avowed doesn’t have? It’s a major scandal.
Now both games are out, that topic is exhausted and they can both just be different games that appeal to different people. Or the same person could even like both games if you want to get crazy with it.
I’m so beyond tired of this sort of low effort insider stick. I’d argue it was a throw away post by them with no actual content since they essentially said “It’s either now or it’ll be later”. If it doesn’t happen in March, pretty sure they’ll post about “April or May”, and then “May or June”.
I really wish insider culture would die off.
That sucks as always, I hope they’re able to continue with gaming and find work within the industry quickly.
