If it isn’t a licensed IP, I don’t think it will resonate that well especially if it is CG but if it is like Masters of the Universe or something that big it would certainly be the buzz. That said Sony Bend might also be showing their GAAS game.

Counter strike 2 is not on any other platform and it’s doing fine. Also, Deadlock is also exclusive. So, a new Half-life would be as well.

They could do it timed to sell the console, then settle in for multiplatform. That is if they want more money.

Could be. Would be a big change in strategy from just owning PC to try and be a multiplat publisher again.
Wow, I didn’t think I played that much this year on Xbox, let alone PC Xbox, but I got over 500 hours. Though I do have to thank my cousin for contributing one game that has over 30 hours, since he wanted to play one game. That said I am impressed. Next year, I will go even more. I can already sense it.

It was a bit silly when they tried this for Mass Effect 3 but I think it makes sense for Assassin’s Creed. The dialogue choices didn’t sit well with a lot of fans seemingly.
In this scenario at best it would be a timed exclusive.
It would 100% still come to PC at some point as otherwise there would be riots!

There is exactly zero chance of that happening. Especially since a “Steam Box” would just be a PC anyway.
