Absolutely. Some of the Dungeons are brilliant.

So how Halo Studio is looking?

Still needs some work since they don’t have a campaign team.

They really got to be down to skeleton crew left working inside Bungie. The next Destiny release will simply be reskinned Concord.

After reading all your replies it seems I must have just been very unlucky.

I live in a small converted farm cottage with thin walls so I wouldn’t be surprised if we have more interference than most.

Here’s a couple of quotes from Bridget O’Neill, Bungie’s Senior Director of Creative Studios:

ā€œToday was my team’s last day at Bungie, but not our last day working on Destiny (and Marathon)."

ā€œBungie Creative Studios is joining PlayStation Studios to build the foundation for a creative team that can support all PlayStation live service games. As part of this move, I am taking on a new role as Senior Director of Creative at PlayStation Studios.ā€

So… Doesn’t this move effectively mean that Bungie has just ceased to exist? I guess the legal entity is still around, but if there’s no one within it making games, that seems to be a distinction without meaning.

I am wondering the same thing. Are there different dev groups within Bungie that are different from ā€œBungie Creative Studiosā€?

I believe that’s exactly what it means. From the onset it was in their contract if they couldn’t fulfill certain obligations, they would lose more of their rights which would give Sony autonomy. I would say they’re done. I do wonder will Jason Jones continue or leave and retire.

Who worked on the game?

I always choose the 60FPS Performance Mode and I don’t care what the graphical sacrifice ends up being which in all honesty, is usually minimal and if you just sit down and play the game, you most likely won’t notice any real difference unless you watch Digital Foundry with their 500% zoomed in camera that shows you missing like ten extra blades of grass which is something that you’ll ever notice or pay attention to in the first place simply based on the fact that you would be playing the game and paying attention to what’s happening during combat and the story.

It probably won’t happen but I would love to see a Switch 2 reveal announcement at The Game Awards and then in late January, they have their Nintendo Direct like they did in January 2017 with a release date for March. Oh man!!! Hyped!!!

Finally!!! Give me my State of Decay 3 you bastards!!!

Game can be anywhere between 40 hours and 100 hours depending on how much you do and how you setup your difficulty customization.

I hate to butt in here with a question but can anyone explain to me, a fairly experienced Xbox user, the best way to stream from the console?

I want to stream Jack Box to friends over a private YouTube channel.

In the past, I’ve streamed to my PC (1080p) and then stream out from the PC via OBS to YouTube. But that is a hassle (especially when I have a ton of work stuff on my PC I’d rather not shut down for performance). Also, the 1080p image doesn’t look to hot even when I scale it down in my OBS setup.

(overlay done in UE5 and is animated and looks great but I’d like to do full screen for JackBox games)

I could stream straight to Twitch but the quality isn’t great and it’s public so everyone could pretty much join my JackBox game which I don’t want.

I hear about streaming to Discord, but that’s new to me and I’m not sure if I can have people who aren’t on Discord on there watching. And how private I can make that. Also, not sure about the quality either.

1080p will be good enough for JackBox but I’d love to do 4K in the future with Flight Sim 2024 for virtual trips around the world.

So if anyone has any helpful tips or advice, I’m all ears! I know the PlayStation is generally better in this area but my JackBox games (and FlightSim) is all on Xbox.

Also, if there’s enough helpful advice here I’ll compile it all and make a new ā€œXbox Era Streamersā€ thread where maybe everyone can share their streams and advice. Xbox is a bit behind in this area so I’m sure it’s helpful for folks at Xbox to get feedback from experienced users like us.

Anyways, thanks to those that can help!

It’s amazing how it appears to be a real solid VR game yet PS didn’t bother to get it in their platform. They keep missing the strong titles.

Its incredible we are getting a brand new COD on GP in 2 days. I am going to enjoy the campaign. I hope this is a turning point for the service.

It’s still bugging me that MW1 & 2 are not on GP, however I am looking forward to BO6.

Hopefully we will get an update on the older COD’s soon.

Can’t vouch for any of this but try this

On the same boat as you there. I had expected them to drop them earlier this year, so people had the chance to finish the SP, play some MP and then once BO6 rolls around they move over to that. If they do that now it might have people who otherwise would play 6 now check out the older ones too. At the same time, BO6 is on Game Pass day one, it’s not like buying it is a necessity.

Could it be a contractual thing with Sony I wonder? Not only CoD either, there is plenty left from the ABK catalogue such as Tony Hawk that could have been added in the few times lately where the offering wasn’t very strong for the service.
