I’ve been wanting Test Drive Solar Crown too. Just got a wheel stand for my Hori wheel and could use a new game to play on it with.

Just grabbed the Crew 2 for 80p, probably going to give it a bit of a blast while waiting for the Starfield DLC and all the big games coming.
Then grab Solar Crown once I know it’ll live (as it’s online only) and it’s been fixed up and Ibiza etc released for it - it’ll also likely be cheaper then

Yeah I’m switching my job from Amazon delivery to the US Post Office this month and have only been working light hours so I didn’t buy test drive because I didn’t want my wife yelling at me. Already bought a PlayStation portal, hitman 3VR, racing wheel stand and AstroBot . Figured I needed to chill with purchases for a bit

I believe the one thing Sony forgot is that the reason why Pro/One X existed back then was because the power to unlock the said performance mode. We never had the option until then. When this gen started, we got those two. So in many ways, why should we care now with the Pro. Clearer image is fine, but we wanted faster frame in which we got them already. Now we just a cleaner picture from it. The offer isn’t special anymore.

Couple of things about the pro.
I don’t get why people are mad. You don’t have to buy one. There are now multiple ways to get into the ps5 ecosystem and that’s fine. It won’t be for everyone but it will still be for a lot of people. Choice is great.
They made a mistake showing off current games. They should have showed one new game running on it and it would have turned out better. We are getting to the point of dininning returna graphics wise. The pro will help with a lot of things but the days of huge leaps in graphics are over imo.
I feel like the next big fight is gonna be in the portable space. How good can we make the graphics on a portable console. I expect Xbox to have the big powerhouse console nextgen but I also see both Sony and Xbox putting out handhelds hell maybe even hybrids for that cheaper entry point. No series s type co sole but a big benefit to weaker hardware is portability. Exciting times ahead

This looks pretty good indeed and seems much further than the guy that said 2026. This looks like it could be out next year.
This post is tone deaf… gaming, by definition, is optional. People are upset because of the fact that Sony is trying to charge an equally tone deaf $700 minimum entry fee for a console that barely produces better results than the product currently available for ~30% cheaper, and the company has a pretty solid history of putting out supplementary products without actually supporting it (PSVR, PSVR 2, Move, Vita, and the list verifiably goes on). People have every right to feel differently than you, and this reads a lot more like the handwaiving we’ve seen from the media today… both seem to fly in the face of the general response, and given Sony’s brand obsessives, that says a lot. Just because it isn’t an issue to you, doesn’t mean that’s the case for others…

Most of it looks great, but something about that city seemed off. It’s extremely clean for a medieval city, lol. Where is the dirt? Or maybe it’s the lighting or lack thereof during that part.
Starting to see more handler/journalist reacting to others like the debate last night spread the disease to them. Funny, because one tried to bash Persona going on Xbox did bad business yet the recent report said otherwise, so Hazzard had to put him in his place.
What a weird timeline.

Hmmm Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown says I’m too early. I traveled to New Zealand but still too early. It said 9/12 so I figured I could play it from NZ today.
Test Drive must be a global launch game. 
Yes and no. No in regards to the story, quests, dialogue, etc. But yes in regards to giving away solutions to puzzles or commenting every few minutes after you pick up resources. It is fucking annoying after a while.
