People downloading/installing the game could dry thin the server. Then again, I’m only joking, but like Fortnite coming to cloud day one crashed live, you never know.

It’s crazy how FH5 can be in the same ballpark with games like Overwatch.
Bethesda is the only studio with single player games in that list, with 3 games and 5 total games in the list with their IP.
Diablo is a very seasonal game, lots of play in the beginning of a new season and then dies down slowly, similar to PoE. Season 4 is ending soon so it makes sense. For ex, PoE last season peaked at 180k and was at like 5-10k by the end on steam.
So the culprit was…well me for being a dumb ass, that’s one. Two, the ethernet cable was not fully inserted into the port, because the clip broke off, so it’s quite loose. That, and the other end was still in the Switch and not Xbox.
So it was using WiFi all along. Now I get speeds between 300 and 500.
At this point they either need to find a way target hardware and start banning them through there. Or shadow banning cheaters and putting them on cheaters only lobbies.
It always will be, as I don’t think there’s a 100% solution. But taking measures to keep it from going out of their control should keep the player base happy.
