It is probably similar to what happened during the movie strike. A24 had a couple projects exempt from the strike because they just agreed to their terms in exchange for being allowed to continue. It is probably worth it to Rockstar to just agree to what they are asking for because getting the game out will offset whatever nominal difference in cost there is in the grand scheme of things.

Man, the stuff with WBD and NBA is getting messier. The stock hit WBD bad and now lawsuit seems to be on the run.
This was expected. They want to get paid. Zaslav said they don’t need the NBA.
