Hoping it’s the latter.
E3 was PC and this is console? I hope that isn’t it. That’s quite a big difference.
PC is PC, they get ultra settings and above in some cases. We get a mix of high, medium, low and lower than low where they can apply it.
But it could also be the difference between performance and quality modes.
