Crisis adverted.
Once canceled is now planned again. Well, itâs nice they are doing this. Wonder how far along it is for Xbox. I assume work had been done on it?
Also, the demo is eight hours. Da fuque?
I wonder how many people who were complaining about the game not coming to Xbox are gonna buy it now
Has anyone here played the starfield update? Howâs the 60fps mode look graphically compared to the 30fps mode
Please donât be bloated like Valhalla.
This may be the first Assassinâs Creed I buy day one since the original.
Love the look of it, really hoping they donât decide to go with a Sekiro-style combat system or anything silly though (they already butchered combat for Valhalla).
I doubt they will though, or if they do it should be very forgiving at lower difficulty settings - as they want as wide an audience as possible, and difficult combat isnât going to go down well with many playersâŚ
Once we see gameplay, it may be one of the few games I buy day 1 even if it is ÂŁ70âŚ
I wonder how the open world is gonna work with two characters
May be like Syndicate, you could swap easily but certain missions you had to play one or the other
But itâs not only about better graphics, but we were also able to create a full-year systemic cycle where you can see the whole world changing in all seasons. You can revisit locations in winter seeing the little pond now frozen, the bushes with no more leaves to hide, some deep snow that can reduce enemy perception while youâre prone inside, etc.
Ngl iâm kinda hyped.
Thanks, this bit is the highlight for me, confirming the Syndicate style approach:
"Can you switch freely between the two characters?
Benoit: Yes, you can switch between Yasuke and Naoe at any moment in the open world, once they are united. Of course, it wonât be accessible in the middle of a fight or an infiltration, but weâre giving the control to the players to choose their experience.
There are a few moments where weâre forcing one character, like during their introduction, their personal quests, and a few special missions where both are present at the same time, but I would say most of the game is totally free to choose."
That needed modernity has been found in a fully dynamic lighting system, in which the radiance from sunlight, torches, and lanterns can illuminate both the land and you. Escape into the shadows, though, and youâre invisible. And if you canât escape the light, you can snuff it out.
