Thats unfortunate. I don’t know why companies do it that way. Maybe they are as surprised as we are about these timings.
The used game market for Spec Ops will cool off if you wait a bit. Or you could borrow the disc from someone. I would send you mine, but from Germany to Canada is a bit silly.
Because unlike most other regulators, FTC is legally forced (by the courts) to respect presumption of innocence. Or in other words - FTC does not approve mergers, they can only block them. In UK or EU - they do approve, and they can impose daily fines on the whole business if needed - MS will not close without EU and UK and not every company will be in need to be acquired like ABK, so they won’t be necessarily interested in extending deadline.
From what I understand is that sales wise in Japan it has bested PS2 and DS, and it’s quite close in the west too. And apparently they expect a great year for Switch. Makes me wonder how necessary a new console really is for them.
Have we had anything official by Nintendo about new hardware at all, or has it only been rumors?
I don’t know if it was ever confirmed but was obvious from the console/controller leaks but I saw this with Xbox Design Labs being labelled XDL. I know we already knew it was in reference to that before but I don’t think I’ve ever seen any branding or official naming like that, again essentially a nothing burger probably not even worth bringing up but I thought why not
Just found out Foamstars has some wild micro-transaction price that makes Halo Infinite Year 1 look like a steal. It’s even crazier when you remember it’s not F2P.
Beautiful colors in Lightyear Frontier and very smooth in performance mode. It seems you miss out on some shadows if you choose that over quality mode, and probably lower resolution, but doesn’t matter much for my viewing distance.
