Itās the norm for the industry. Most of these huge franchises arenāt getting sequels every 3-4 years especially RPGs.
I donāt know who would make them but Iād take any or all of:
- Fallout New Vegas Remastered
- Fallout 3 Remastered
- Fallout 1 Remastermake Console Edition
- Fallout 2 Remastermake Console Edition
- Fallout Tactics Remastermake Console Edition
- Fallout Tactics 2

You mean a Fallout 1 but visually and gameplay wise like 3 and 4? Because that would be amazing. Has MS acknowledged the existence of a Fallout 3 remake/remaster or did we only see Oblivion in those docs? I recall that we did find out which studio was making Oblivion.
That would be amazing, but Iād take modernized crpg-versions of 1 and 2.

While it would be cool, it would be so much work and resources that they might be better off just making an entirely new game
Itās the same with people wanting Morrowind remastered or remade, a remaster wouldnāt cut it because of the awful combat and a remake would require so much work for a game of that size that you;d still be looking at a 5 year dev time minimum
In terms of an actual new game in the series I feel the closest you could hope for is Osbidian getting to do a spin off after Avowed is released so that team can start on one and the rest of the studio can join when ToW2 is done, they probably need to bulk up the studio or get teams like BGS Austin to help too

Still think its crazy that by the time fall out 5 comes out this show would have had its entire run already and still time in between
As I replied to Klobrille, Contraband for me because I want to see how the game looks and what the combat and gameplay loop is.
If they do anything with Fallout 3 and/or New Vegas, I hope itās a remake as opposed to just a remaster/graphics upgrade.
I think you will see them remake the older ones if there isnt going to be a fallout 5 for like 10 plus years. wouldnt surprise me if its already in motion. I hope xbox is smart and makes this franchise exclusive but you know its xbox

Yeah, maybe. Weāll see what they do. As for the exclusivity part, I think that exclusivity for Microsoft will only become less and less as the years progress.
Since that was an old document, im hoping that remaster turned into a remake. Hehe.
