Shooter…pass.
Yep it makes perfect sense for T2 to own them.
I did wonder what would happen with the publishing side of Gearbox but it appears Embracer will be holding on to much of it.

Guess they want to copy Xbox move. But seriously, wish them the best.
It’s definitely interesting to see all these studios going independent.
It will also be interesting to watch what happens with Homeworld 3 considering the previous titles were developed by Relic to critical success. I imagine they would have tried to acquire that IP back before it went to Take-Two.
This should be my cue to be like “Oh no! Sega is in trouble!” This year, it couldn’t be further from the true; however there are moments like this would happen under circumstance. Doubtful that Sega is in danger; it’s more like they’re trimming down some down to be more stable company. Of course, this is just my analysis.
Appreciate the ambition. Hope it goes well for them.
Looking real good.
I dont care if it doesnt release on Game Pass, it is on my list of potential day one purchases regardless.
This really might be a day one for me. But please, please let it offer a Japanese voices option. Did the previous Mana games do?
Also, not yet a concrete date.
Are there JRPGs without Japanese voices?
I remember a long time ago, JPN voices were once DLC.
It’s been a while but yep, Infinite Undiscovery to my knowledge did not have a Japanese voices option and it was…well it was quite terrible, lmao.
Star Ocean TLH on 360, iirc didn’t have Japanese voices option either and I hated the English ones. Unless it’s done really well, it might be reason for me not to bother with it.
Yeah, I wouldn’t bother playing it either. I think it’s pretty much standard nowadays.

“Oh yeah, I forgot.”
I would assume that Embracer would just combine Gearbox Publishing with the THQ or Deep Silver labels. I would start combining and streamlining a lot of stuff in addition to continue selling off stuff.
This is day 1 for me honestly and I almost never buy games anymore. Can’t wait!

Well they sure went hard on it, I’ll give them that. Hopefully that reflects the same for the game itself.
Question for you about Ni no Kuni 2.
Something that confuses me a little. I don’t get how this game determines which equipment is better. For example I sort all my swords on quality. But for some reason on top is a much weaker (damage) sword compared to one that does tons more damage. Same with a bow. One does 15 damage and is on top and all down below is a bow that does 30 damage or so. I can also sort by parameter, I just don’t get which is most important here.
Now I don’t know what to sell in the very first town, which honestly looks awesome with auto HDR, it works so damn well.
