What are the things this year you are happy about, in your life? What changes or new things/activities did you decide to start with that brought positivity?
For me it’s absolutely when in the summer I started taking dance classes, it was a free trial for a week and it ended up being something I do twice every week now, meeting new people too…which can be a good thing! It’s also drastically lessened the amount of headaches I used to have, so that’s damned good. Normally with NYE I would be either at home or at brothers place, this time I’m going to a party, dance the night away, lol. Maybe meet folks too.
I intend to continue with this next year.
No idea about any new years resolutions though.
Well, probably even more new activities, preferably with my best friend, my Staffy.
I’ve started to take the health side of things more seriously now that I’m in my 40s lol. Have cut back significantly on the alcohol (and barely miss it) and have fallen in love with running (average over 50km a week). Feel better than I have in a long time.
A very wise decision my friend, and something that can’t ever be considered a bad thing. My mother and my stepfather drank alcohol way too freaking much right up till their last moment, it can’t possibly have helped it. And that’s great news, about you barely missing it.
Reminds me how I used to eat chips and drink all kinds of juice but also stuff like cola on a daily basis and that has been cut back to like once, maybe twice a week. Same with the fastfood. Yep, once you get into your 40s it seems almost as if you start to wise up automatically, like a voice telling you.
Oh man, I can’t help but feel next year will be a big one for me in terms of entertainment. First Kotick has left and now Kevin Dunn from WWE Production is leaving. If you don’t know the story, he’s responsible for dozens of camera cuts within 3 seconds. He was Vince McMahon’s right hand man and now that he’s leaving, it truly means this is the new WWE.
These are just joycon type controllers. Display is not part of the product. I highly doubt a foldable display could be produced for cheap for such a device.
That being said, xbox can simply make the series handled into a tablet format and these can simply attach to it. That’s another possibility.
I dont know why the FUCK i didnt use normal web browser to buy nintendo e shop games until now. Went through and bought a dozen switch games on sale
Why did i torture myself using the e shop on an actual switch…im such an idiot. Then again i barely played on switch. But my god…i dont want to heat ANYONE complain about the xbox store ever again.
Went a bit overboard this year with the 100$ Moet & Chandon champagne bottle, can’t wait to pop it open in a little less than 14 hours!
Most likely be playing Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty or Fallout 76, unless I have some buddies online open to play something else to cross over to 2024!
It looks like my Series X controller is wearing down and it’s time for a replacement. Does anybody have any daily drivers outside of the stock? I loved my Elite Series 2 but returning it 3 times and the warranty expiring put a sour taste in my mouth.
I’d be open to spending a nice chunk though. I heard the Turtle Beach Stealth was nice but the Amazon reviews say the build quality was pretty bad. @Doncabesa’s review of the Scuf Instinct Pro painted a nice picture.
I want something wireless that won’t break after just one year of use. Bonus points if it has Bluetooth so I can connect it to a Steam Deck.
Fucking rotten assholes in my street using some kind of ridiculous fireworks that is like a goddamned bomb or something. This has nothing to do with fireworks. It scares the living hell out of my dog.
