Are they using 360 controllers?

I wish I could help you, but I honestly have no idea. But I will ask for you on a Dutch tech forum in the Xbox thread. I recall seeing this issue being reported before.

I have seen a lot of inside developer/studio videos where they use the 360 controller in there , can’t tell why but maybe they’re just really reliable? my 360 controllers from 2010 still work fine

This is very interesting because SEGA was betting its future on developing these games as a service, they invested a huge amount of money in this project, and now they seem to be completely abandoning this strategy. I have a feeling that Microsoft will soon acquire them.

There’s a reason why Elite 2 has that option.

Sucks for Sega. But I’m happy Creative Assembly isn’t chasing the live service model anymore. Hopefully at least one of there four studio locations will make something else than Total War… or maybe another spinoff.

Anybody remember this?

Love it if they try some hack and slash “Ryse” kind of game again

I never played this one, but I played Viking: Battle for Asgard developed by Creative Assembly, the game was repetitive but I enjoyed playing it.

This just unlocked a core memory for me. I remember watching my older cousins play this game when I was a little yute.

Game felt like an epic to me. Never seen that type of scale on a video game before. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Hyenas looked like one of those games that becomes the next laughing stock for a few days and then shuts down a year later, but I am a bit surprised that Sega decided to just cancel it outright. We did hear that they were having trouble with this game and “finding the fun” in it so I guess they decided it was gonna bomb (it would have) and halted any more resources to it.

The trailer for Fairgame$ gave me the same energy, but that one will probably get the first party boost.

I think the false information spread by Sarah Bond and Xbox Japan will harm the sales of DQ Dai and Octopath 2. If Game Pass deal has not happening, it could worsen the relationship with Square.
