Many investors and analysts are already ready for it to pass. It was a hurdle and while I didn’t think Microsoft will lose, it did give many if not all of us conflicting feelings that it may be blocked. All of that is erased. We will get it done around the time Microsoft predicted it would. That’s a big win.

I wonder what this could mean for a day one launch on GP for Diablo 4, and of course we can look forward to lots of older ABK titles to be added. I do wonder if we get all the Cods on it too, or not right away, because of Sony.
I think all the CoD’s except for ones across the last marketing deal with Sony are certain to come
Sony renewed the 5 year CoD deal with MW in 2019 so i’d imagine anything before that is guaranteed and depending how their contracts work maybe even a couple after that
But I wouldn’t imagine MW2 or even Vanguard coming this year

The standard for cases in America is such that, like with Justin Roiland, it is actually really hard to know what it means on face value.

Depends on the length of the game pass clause, I’d guess it covers a year per game but longer is always possible. If a year, Vanguard should be free to drop with everything else, MW2 hits this fall and by fall 2024 COD 2023 can hit the service and Call of Duty 2024 will launch on game pass.
As for “the big drop” - depends how they want to handle it, dropping them all at once seems likely but not the ONLY option. For example they could make an event of the whole thing and launch one per week while promoting each game being on game pass with a big double XP weekend, free play days and whatever else they can muster. After all, you only drop ALL of Call of Duty on game pass once, why not have fun with it.
