This is one of the many, many reasons I legit at times forget I’m playing a videogame. I don’t know of any other games where chatter between player/protagonist and NPC is like this. Certainly not GTA V. In these regards RDR2 is a massive improvement over that. No spoilers here.

Already got the new dashboard and my Xbox didn’t even need an update. Last update was on 22/07.
Considering all the time since Nick’s NIS America/Falcom (Ys 8) rumors I guess I’m expecting those. That comes with a timing issue thing though because it seems like they’ll be adding 2016’s Ys 8 to Xbox while Ys 10 is out on PS/Switch that month. I hope for some exciting non-old-port news this time (maybe an upcoming game announced for GP)
I’m also expecting Phil’s usual interviews and I expect FFXIV and Square Enix to be brought up again

I don’t believe for a second it’s Monster Hunter World 2, but if it is…I’d go nuts.
On the other hand, what other Capcom IP is a million seller? A Dino Crisis Remake is not a guaranteed million seller.

Based on Capcom’s projections for their upcoming year, the only game that lines up is Monster Hunter
Next year would also be like 5 years since World iirc so it can’t be far off
