But when it comes to this game, isn’t it coming same day as PS5 to Xbox? Or does Sony have timed exclusivity?

It’s more of the case of keep it to yourself, especially in an environment of “free” speech.
That happens when you talk very loud about unfinished things. Maybe do the work first?
But something similar has happened often enough with games that happen to be exclusive for and marketed by Sony for the PS5 that it’s hard to not be suspicious. I don’t think all those developers are console warriors especially when similar things can be traced back to PS2 days. There was always exaggerated hype around Sony consoles having some special magic component

I myself am using the setting that Vincent did for Xbox involving Dolby vision, he has an entire set up video for Xbox and PS5(I don’t know if I watched the PS5 one though), this update is great because it focuses on HDR10 only or at least that seems to be the case.

While im disappointed that Ubisoft has most likely cancelled the Immortals sequel, im not surprised whatsoever but at least I still have Mirage, Avatar and Star Wars Outlaws to look forward to.

Fuck Ubisoft for that. WTF… Why? They should have cancel that 2D Prince of Persia knockoff and Skull and Bones, instead of Fenyx sequel.

Between Fenyx sequel and that Lost Crown Prince of Persia. It’s an easy choice cancel that Prince of Persia that nobody likes.

I’m very interested in the 2D Prince of Persia game that releases in January. I agree in regards to Skull & Bones but im pretty sure it can’t be cancelled because the region the studio is based in received funding from the respective government or something so unless Ubisoft wants to pay back that investment, it won’t be cancelled.
On the positive side, Immortals sequel was never officially announced and outside of a few leaked images, I never saw anything from it so I can’t really be that upset since games get cancelled all the time and this is just another one.
That 2D Prince of Persia is gonna be like them 2D Assassin Creed China, India, Russia games. It won’t be anything special. Not to me anyways. Fenyx to me was great. I liked it more than Zelda BOTW. Ubisoft cancelled it sequel pisses me off man lol.
The 2D Prince of Persia game looks far better in every aspect than the AC Chronicles games and I know because I completed all three of them. Each were a 6.0/6.5/6.0 respectively based on the order you posted above.
I loved Immortals Fenyx Rising. Excellent 9.0/10 for me and my BOTW killer. Was super hyped for the sequel but unlike other cancelled games that were revealed (Star Wars 1313 being my #1), this one wasn’t nor was it even officially announced so while im disappointed, im not pissed off or anything especially since I can’t do anything about it.
One other thing is that my friend told me that there’s rumors that either Splinter Cell remake or Black Flag remake will be cancelled as well. Possibly even both. If it’s only one of them, I do hope it’s Splinter Cell because a remake of the original 2002 game just isn’t for me but Black Flag is my #1 AC game and the only way I’ll get a “pirate” game with naval combat since Skull & Bones dropped the ball years ago and still isn’t out yet. lol
I don’t know about it looking better. Why can’t they make a Fenyx sequel? Why they have to cancel it? I really do not understand some of the choices Ubisoft makes. I guess it why they are in the position they are in. Cancelled games people want, to make games people don’t care much about.
Also where is another Ghost Recon? I like Ass Creed, but they are making too many of them.
It was never a choice between a big open world game and a 2D Prince of Persia side scroller. They are wildly different in complexity and required resources.
Do we know how the first one sold? I remember it hitting the bargain bin pretty quickly.

It didn’t do as good as they hope for, but it still gone to sell more than Lost Crown Prince of Persia ever will IMO.
