But I gotta say, I am definitely looking out for this one. I haven’t played Got yet, need a PS for that, but I’ve been wishing for AC to finally visit Japan.
In fact, will this be the second AC in Japan? Isn’t that mobile game set there too?
I would also stick to Samsung unless you could only get a smartphone with their own Exynos SoC. The worst SoC on the market.

good thing i’m in the US because Exynos are usually for outside the US and we get the Qualcomm Chip
The whole S22 series were on Exynos SoC in Europe and it was horrible. Good that they changed it with the S23 series.
My bad. I meant Jade then yeah. But it’s good to see AC doing more with Asia. A few years ago they had a smaller 2D game set in Asia too. I forgot the name.
But a mainline title set in Japan, been wanting that forever.

yeah its something I’m aware of. Motorola is not as good with software updates as the alternatives. At the same time however, Motorola devices seem to have the hardware to last the test of time much better. Larger batteries than apple, samsung, Google and One Plus. Better charger with 68watts. Android software updates don’t matter as much these days with the introduction of security updates which motorola will have a long span with for the Edge Plus 2023. Android hasn’t changed much since Android 10. Also the Play Store has Play Protect which keeps the apps protected on the store or something.
I got the iPhone 11 in 2019 with the intent of keeping it for 5 years, but even with the battery replacement the software is too powerful for the hardware. My battery hasn’t aged well even with the replacement. last october or november I got it replaced and now its sitting at 88% battery health. It also seems to overheat a lot. I’ve also heard that the iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn’t have great battery either. So its kind of keeping me skeptical of getting another iPhone.
Motorola has some smart things going on with Moto actions that I loved with my Moto X 2013. Sure, Google once owned Motorola and during that time they were on top of their game. However, even under Lenovo I don’t think things have changed all that much. They went through a period of time when they were offering too many phones but it seems like they’ve slimmed down their product offerings in the US to make it easier to figure out which one is the flagship and which are the one off midrangers.
The biggest problem with moving away from Apple is leaving the walled garden. something I’ve spent a lot of money on over the years. I have the Apple Watch, the Homepods, the MacBook Air, and the Airpods Pro, along with an iPad Mini 5th generation which I hardly use for anything anymore.
Capcom and GAAS seems like it’s always a bomb. I hope they’re not planning to try and reform Monster Hunter into one… Ah well, not like there was a chance MS was gonna get any of their huge franchise games so at least MS paying for this brings a closer relationship to Capcom.

As for huge franchises, didn’t DMC5 drop on GP pretty soon after its release a few years ago? It’s unfortunate that this isn’t really happening much anymore.

I get that for “other platforms”, that sight is scary.
The growth is so crazy to think about. If you had show me this in 2014-2015, I would have laughed at you so hard. We’re at a point where the wildest dreams are coming true…

GOT is basically Assassin’s Creed : Samurai edition. That might be why I didn’t care for it too much and dropped it 10 hrs in. Maybe I’ll give it another chance down the line.
