Kinda sad seeing developers engaging in this kinda shit TBH.

So i look up Running with Scissors games, and yeah they should not be talking about FPS of any kind with the games they are making. i’m not usually one to shit on indie games Developer, but they need to stay in their lane. Their whole game catalog is not even worth 10 seconds of Starfield Gameplay quality.

Some of the mods are organizing a blackout due to the changes in reddit policy concerning third party apps. Don’t think it will work, but it’s happening anyway.

Thanks! Hopefully it will be over soon. Got some very annoying issues with Crunchyroll all of a sudden. They closed their own forums, so Reddit is the place I guess.

Crunchyroll has always been completely ass for me. There is really no excuse for them that less than legal sites provide a better service than their paid one. It seemingly only got worse when Sony bought them.

It’s a odd situation.

For weeks on end now I’ve been able to watch One Piece on my android TV, just continuing each day where I left off. Yesterday all was working fine, subtitles in One Piece and no issues with videos playing.

Today I want to continue this One Piece episode and it has no subtitles, it was fine yesterday in this episode. I tried a different show, I get subtitles. I tried the app on my phone, subtitles, Xbox Crunchyroll app, subtitles. But I rather leave my console off if it’s not necessary to be on, and I don’t need an extra source of heat with this weather.

I tried signing out, quitting the app, removing the cache, data, everything. Extremely annoying, and the fact that others show do show subs on android TV app…how? Ugh.

I have to say that the lack of “This is why Starfield should be on PS5” articles are surprising me a lot. I sure haven’t seen them. Are they learning?

Maybe everyone is like that one guy who shouted “F—- PS” before Xbox Showcase. In all seriousness, they probably be best to play safe before they get overwhelmed by millions.

Is it just that their lighting tech was that ahead of time, is FF16 visually just not that impressive or both?

I think im in the minority with my opinion but i always thought FF15 looked rather bad. Understandably, it was their first open world game so i didnt expect it to look like the benchmarks from Ubisoft.

If you want to see a Final Fantasy ahead of its time with lighting look at FF13. It can be breathtaking in HDR and 4k.

Hellblade 2 being shown so briefly and so little gameplay was surprising, and it’s a 2024 game. After the actress said they had wrapped things up I was really expecting something way more.

I wonder if this will be a thing for future Developer Directs, TGA or perhaps we have to wait for next June. But you’d think at this point more could have been revealed.

Very true. The actual gameplay we got was those few seconds of walking, the rest was cutscene. That’s no good.

Perhaps they will wait for next June, have a actual demo showing there but a DD would be ideal, because it would be a bit odd to wait until next June, show a good amount of gameplay and then release holiday? It just needs a proper gameplay showing.

Ok so saw that new ace attorney game coming to Xbox next year and I’ve sorta wanted to try the games out but don’t know where to start. Is that new ace attorney like a remaster collection? Also I see Phoenix wright ace attorney trilogy is on sale, it seems like a remaster collection of the first 3 games is that right and would that be the best place to start off?

Yeah, I don’t think they can show it at the VGAs again imo. I think that event doesn’t really show much gameplay tbh. My ideal scenario is Microsoft does a direct event for Hellblade, but also feature other stuff their studios and partners are working on. I think Microsoft having more developer directs type of events can really help sell their games and gamepass content.

They will probably show more gameplay at a developer direct. Matt Booty was talking about maybe doing another one early next year.
