I recall the latest info on KOTOR was that Sony weren’t happy with Aspyr keeping it a full blown RPG, disgraceful if they turn that into a GOW type game.

It’s a double edge sword imo. I like Xbox for it’s variety and promise. However, if I was an xbox only gamer I wouldn’t like that I most likely miss out on third party games. So, I understand why some people want Xbox to be a Green Sony, since it means you’re most likely not left out of the party because Sony makes all kinds of third party deals.
Their play is to become big enough that people will not sign those deals anymore. Xbox will be too big of a platform to not be on.

For sure, that’s the end game that these third party deals become much harder when Xbox gains a significant market share. It’s just that the growing pains is hard when you have these major deals in between first party gaps.
I believe first party wise Sony experiences similar gaps, but it’s filled by marketing and timed exclusive third party deals to create a mirage. So, I fully understand why some want Xbox to be a green Sony in that regard

Okay jez is to either to be saying lol or JK cuz if them not being on Xbox when if it’s a new metal gear it’ll be by q new studio so it even have higher level of scrutiny going to be put against it and second a New Castlevania from an unproved studio or studio unknown that doesn’t help and the mess of things have them might not even be good get out of here with this doom and gloom dumb s*** My God thank God i unfollowed half these people
We need one of those charts that show all the years Xbox was “doomed” similar to the Nintendo one.

Most third party games come to Xbox, and also every platform misses out on third party games.

The reality is that not being the Green Sony is not working either. We all know the plans on paper, Xbox wants to be really big…
In the meantime, the present reality is that the ABK deal is on life support and Xbox could miss on yet more games.
I don’t think you can call that “the reality” after their 2nd best quarter ever outside of the holidays

It’s interesting how quickly Konami is forgiven with one rumor about exclusivity, meanwhile EA and Xbox getting dogged no matter what they put out. I guess the real answer is just dont tune into the speculation mongers / games media types and focus on whats official because its gonna just warp expectations and ruin the fun.
