That studio. The one with Zombies. Forgot the name.

Oh no, not Firewalk. Xbox missing out big time here, what a fail.

Am I doing it right? :smirk:

Going to be swapping my livestreaming over to YouTube. Twitch’s “cut” is unfair, was almost 70% last month.

Always good!

So just finished watching The Division showcase. A little good but mostly bad for me. First, Resurgence is a mobile game which I don’t give two shits about whatsoever. Second, Heartland which is more of a free to play survival third person shooter that has a lot of cool elements in the game and is easily for me but with one major exception - it’s co-op only. Can’t play solo whatsoever so eliminate that. Third, the Descent game mode for Division 2 is free which is great but it’s a rogue like which based on the last two DLC’s for Far Cry 6 and AC Valhalla, I can see this shit has found it’s way into Ubisoft. Thanks but no thanks. The only positive I have is that there’s a new story expansion coming in season four of year five which isn’t until early/Spring 2024. SMH.

Really hoping that Ubisoft makes The Division 3 for when next generation consoles arrive as this seems to be unlikely for the current generation at this point.

I saw a guy that was bitten by a snake, he asked for help. Either suck out the poison or give him a cure. I gave him a cure. Later I see the same guy sitting on a bench in a nearby small town, he thanks me again and tells me I can get a gun at the store on his account.

One of the many reasons I adore RDR2.

That game is a masterpiece. I wish it got a FPS boost, but I def want to replay the game again

Sony fanboys, we want Square or Capcom.

I know it won’t happen but it would be cool if xbox snatched up all those high level people who got laid off from Ready at Dawn for The Initiative. I didn’t care for The Order but it looked amazing and had some really good ideas. It the fact that it really just wanted to be a film more than a game that was the issue for me. I thought for sure either Sony or MS would snatch that studio up before Meta.

Yeah, it’s amazing.

This game world feels so real, so alive. There is this house that you see being built, you can talk to the builders and help out with a few things, eventually the house is fully done, he sells it and later when you go back you see new owners there with a newly built garden and stuff.

I love, love, love this. If you were to solely focus on the story you would miss all this.

I didn’t play RDR2, I lived RDR2.

The amount of gaming nights I spent with this game not progressing any quests just packing my horse, riding into the wilderness for some hunting and exploring. Observing the wildlife, making camp by a lake, brewing some coffee and watching the rain come in over the water
 just sitting there.

Best game ever.

It really does, RaD had been one of my favorite indie devs over the last decade+. Their work on God of War on the PSP (still have copies of them all) was a masterclass in scaling down a console title to handhelds, and I honestly loved The Order (despite it’s inarguable faults).

I wish they hadn’t gotten spooked by Sam Lake about Xbox being terrible to work for/with, though with MS’ recent layoffs who knows if the impact would have been the same or not.

Regardless, it’s a shame for so many in a talented studio to lose their jobs for nothing more than corporate greed.

Guess they couldn’t do it for RE4 so the next step is this. Fair enough.
