Colt goes into what happened and is happening right now in terms of these two games and studios.
Just so sad. Also shows that even though the game has been shown a few years ago, nothing is guaranteed and anything can happen. Especially so when the working place is kindaâŠwellâŠshit.

It infuriates me how much of a pass Sony gets for their very aggressive exclusive tactics (fair play to them btw makes perfect business sense) and how those standards donât apply to Xbox. Sony is aggressively paying for AAA big games they do not own to make sure they donât come out on Xbox. Great. So why shouldnât Xbox do the same ? And Xbox isnât really the market leader atm so itâs more so baffling that people apply their double standards here. If anything, youâd want Xbox to be more competitive since that would be best for gaming.
I hope MS just fully embraces the ââvillainââ role here and doesnât give any fudge about what people think etc. and just do the same as Sony and get as many big exclusives as they can. And I want Phil to come out with the Michael Corleone line ââItâs nothing personal, itâs just businessââ. Because it is at the end of the day. As much as we may not like exclusives, itâs whats best for business. Disney could put Mandalorian on Netflix or Wandavision but they didnât and itâs exclusive to Disney+ for a reason.
In short, iâm sick of the double standards vs MS and Xbox in particular.

I am willing to bet that if Sony had succeeded in getting a year timed exclusivity on StarfieldâŠmedia would have sung its praises.
Thatâs why Xbox has to be like âfuck it, doesnât matter what we do, we get shit anyway.â and just go full aggressive mode.
We donât officially know yet what they are going to do, but it definitely seems like some of these insiders know more in depth details about the deal than we do and that makes it seem Xbox will keep it all in their ecosystem, which is exactly what you do if you want to combat the competition. Fuck what anyone says, lol.

The situation for MS is kinda funny honestly. They are technically not the villain because they have GamePass and they put the games on PC. But it is undeniable that being a market leader, Sony can get away with much more things that MS which is to be expected.
Then again double standards are fascinating because before resoution mattered, now PS got lower resolutions and suddenly framerate matters etc.
