Diablo 2 is now one of my most anticipated games this year & 4 is easily one that I’m most excited for next gen.
Only got into the series with 3 but I loved it. It’s the best “loot” based game I ever played. Never once got bored, always looked forward to the next weapon, piece of gear or upgrade. It kept me engaged for hours upon hours. It was just brilliant.

That website only lists PC, PS4 & Xbone as platforms.
If it’s only coming (to begin with) to last gen consoles, could that suggest a closer release date? Maybe late this year?

3 started so, so, so, very badly. Loot 2.0 really made a difference and its almost a whole other game. I’ve enjoyed playing on console too, I kinda prefer it there TBH, the controls are great and the ability to play offline is no bad thing.
I have zero trust that Blizzard won’t squirt out an abomination for 4, but I would dearly love to be proven wrong.

Yeah I luckily missed the terrible launch. Never started playing the game until the Reaper of Souls update.
Hopefully they learned from that drama

Fine game, just let down by the repetitive side-missions.
Tip: don’t bother getting attached to recruits and levelling them up, as you’ll always get new recruits join at the skill level of the main characters.
The mandatory side-missions are why I stopped playing the game about half way through. I still plan to finish the game, but wasting an hour+ doing the same things (that I don’t want to) became a bit too tedious for me.
So waiting for that game too :

Hello, some of you might remember me from GAF many many years ago, but mostly from ERA, left ERA and went to MetaCouncil (PC-centric forum) where Im usually these days.
I decided to register here too as I play MS games.
Im mainly a PC gamer, I have a desktop PC, Switch, Xbox One X and PS4. 90% of my gaming time happens on PC. Don’t really use my PS4 and Xbox One X as I use them only for exclusives and I play all MS games on PC, and PS4…well, played pretty much what Im interested in on PS4. Looking to grab a PS5 whenever it becomes available. Switch is also only used for Nintendo exclusives (if a PC version is rumored or can possibly happen like with MH Rise and Bravely Defauly 2, I’ll wait, same goes to timed exclusives like FFVIIR and Epic Store exclusives, I wait till they hit Steam).
I have game pass ultimate (got it for very cheap a long time ago), but I like to own my games and I like Steam much better so I buy all my MS games on Steam (looking forward to the Steam release of FH4). So I kinda regret getting game pass, but it is what it is.
Not sure how active I will be, but gonna try.
