Mine is also at the “pre ordered” stage and money has been pending in my account since 3rd Nov. I expect them to take it today or tomorrow at time of dispatch notification. Fingers crossed for everyone

Just waited TWO HOURS to be connected to the wrong department. They transferred me over to somebody who was useless, and essentially told me until it changes on the website they can’t do anything. I told her to take my money right now, and she said that’s not possible.
It’s a store. Take my damn money. I don’t care if the Xbox comes late or not, but just show me you’ve taken the money. It’s been pending in my bank since Monday, but that was the same time as the fraud text came through so may not even be legit.
How hard can this shit be? I’m throwing cash at mw damn screen Microsoft…

I know its frustrating its like i have had the money before pre order just take it i just want to be told i have one in theory i have jist want solid confirmation
So new pending payment today from MS Canada (2nd time this happens), still in pre-ordered status though I believe there was an option to cancel still yesterday and that seems to have disappeared (same for the SSD expansion card I ordered) so I hope this means it is being prepared for shipment and will be by my door next Tuesday!
I now cant cancel my order its seems progress has been also cant change payment options either
I now cant cancel the item and change of payment has dissapeared hopefully there is movement

In UK and 4 days of seeing the payment sat in pending in my bank account. Order changed to pre-order on the 3rd and can no longer cancel but nothing yet on shipment. Feels like its cutting it close for Tuesday 10th delivery.
mine from Microsoft is coming from Kentucky should be here Tuesday by 4:30 pm I cancelled one from Amazon I’m not going to be selfish and get two.
Woken this morning to find that the pending payment is no longer showing on my account and the allocated funds haven’t been taken!!! My order still shows as pre ordered. Time to call MS I think.

I’ve done some searching and apparently MS have been pre authorising payments all week. This is to make sure that there are no actual issues with banks and credit card companies etc, when they come to charge and ship. Hopefully this means we’ll get shipping confirmation today and charged also.
It may also be to try and make sure people have the money to pay when they charge.
Same here, uk, ms store order. Payment was pending and is now gone. Still says pre ordered on site. I don’t want to call again, they are useless on the phone…
