It seems like some older games are being added to Xbox Play Anywhere as I noticed Resident Evil 2 get added when it was added to Game Pass. Gives me hope other console games get added to it over time as well.
Hopefully Microsoft can get their act together and add ABK and other previous Xbox first party games from Bethesda to it as well. Kind of ridiculous that they all aren’t Play Anywhere already.
Seems like there’s a trend of gamepass games getting play anywhere… though the label not being applied to the game…
This might be because its only cloud/ Series s/x and pc… but im glad to see it… AS i will only buy games on the MS store if i can play them anywhere.
still hopeing for Slay the Spire and into the breach to get a play anywhere option…

doing a quick look around the store… there are still games that are play anywhere still missing the tag… (looking at you romancing saga 1 and 3)
This will also work for any DLC bought right? For example I bought the RE2 OG soundtrack on Xbox so if I ever went to play the game on PC the soundtrack would be available to download there too?
