The Gamepass thing is weird AF, and honestly it hurts MS general line of we put all of our 1st party shit on Gamepass when we are rolling on 9 months out with only Diablo IV being the lone ActiBlizz title on the service.

I think the only thing missing from Avowed is showing off a quest, it could be a side quest that starts like the typical fetch quest. But we then find out we’re actually helping with someone’s plan to kill a someone.

I believe the game is getting preview event, so it’s likely we will hear a lot more soon.

Honestly. Unless the game releases in ± 3 months from the showcase I’m not expecting a hard date.

I mean assuming these all drop before the holiday season that’s really only what 5 months from now as a window? They didn’t even say like coming Fall. Just threw up 2024 right?

I feel like I’m the only one in my friend group hyped for Avowed. Idk I’m in. I like the fantasy with color vibe. Sorta reminds me of that early PS3 fantasy game that the name escapes me.

I think, on the whole, that was a good show. The PD reveal was fucking amazing, as was the South of Midnight gameplay. Avowed, Fable and Indy left me a bit cold with today’s showing, but they have plenty to show and be excited about. I think E-Day coming in place of Gears 6 is disappinting, but I always wanted an E-Day game so I’m quite pumped. Doom looks great but the leak + multiplat diminishes the hype a decent bit. Not a ton of new reveals, but not a bad thing. Third party support was more sparse but good. Biggest problem this show faces is the dark clouds over the platform at the moment, but that isn’t a fair reflection on the show itself.

Yeah, for me it needed a few more third party things line FF16 and FF7R. Even if the latter wasn’t likely.

And where was Visions of Mana. Surprised it was not here. It has a release window of summer, so that could even be September at the latest.

Amazing show, and there are so many games I can’t wait to play. Perfect Dark looks amazing and so does Doom, and Indy. Also, lots of good stuff for gamepass. This is easily an A for me

Also, I think now we should know insiders lie a lot because they made up stuff like square having a big showing, Gears 6, Halo CE remaster, Blue Dragon, etc.
