I’ve always wanted to try AoE, but haven’t been much of a PC gamer for years, so I’m quite excited for this. Hopefully they can figure out a workable control scheme for the controller.
I’ll be surprised if they make a console version that’s the same as PC

Maybe 2 is coming today (or soon) and 4 is coming next year.

I’d love it if Activision worked with DotEmu to bring the Pharaoh remake being worked on to Xbox. Played the original a ton back then.
Does AoE play similar to Rise of Nations? When I played it a few years ago I thought it was ok. I definitely wanna try AoE whenever it comes.

I was expecting 4 also but AoE2 is by far the most popular in the series and maybe it was just easier to port it vs AoE4 so they went with it first
A little flustered that gameranx has forgotten all three Xbox first party games this year, in their “games of upcoming month” videos. No as dusk falls, grounded, and now pentiment
I saw this happen at a few websites with Grounded, I assume because it was an early access release. No excuse for ADF or Pentiment though.
It included Gun Grave Gore but didn´t mention it is coming to Game Pass
