The more I hear of this game the more I want to play it. I just wish we could see it
If it indeed comes out this year then we will see it when Xbox do their game showcase in June along with Starfield
E3 potential this year has me very excited. With Starfield and Redfall surely to be showed off there. Could we see Avowed gameplay reveal, new HellBlade trailer. Maybe Perfect Dark and Contraband

October definitely isnt the summer.
One thing people hardly talk about is how much less pressure on all of the studios under Microsoft there is now. Before the Bethesda acquisition I’m sure 343 felt like the entire Xbox brand was on their back with Halo Infinite. But oh boy… Halo and 343i are like, “we can FINALLY take a long ass vacation now at a 5 star resort in Cancun.” lol.

Yeah, I think this summer event is gonna be the gameplay debut of a lot of previously announced titles from years past. I’m really curious to see what Perfect Dark is gonna look like seeing as the announcement of the game has a focus on espionage. There’s not a lot of stealth focused game series these days.
good numbers for arena shooter but i’m will not be surprised if they are thinking about BR Game for Halo.
i think the game would be big hit.

Now they own COD imo it’s not necessary, I mean, Doom Eternal is almost non-existant mp-wise, but nobody doubts about its worth, Halo needs first ans foremost to complete the package and optimize the broken things. Even it they wanted, I think it’s impossible to expect a BR in 2022, considering the game itself is unfinished.

even if they own COD, Halo will move forward it’s still big IP on it’s own.
i don’t expect BR this year but i’m just saying i will not be surprised if they are working on BR mode right now. something about trying something new for the series.
I imagine playable elites, Noble 6 team and master chief in sandbox BR Halo game will do big numbers.

Just imagine TEW3 with a bigger budget, more development time and Johanas now wiser as a director (TEW2 was already awesome!).

It will grow with or without. It’s about commitment and long term planning.
A Halo BR would be dope, but I think for this game to have staying power EA needs to be swift on issues and updates. Firstly, they need to stop forcing crossplay with PC because many get turned off by rank and just want to play quickplay against platform their on. Secondly, they need new maps and guns to add to the meta. Thirdly, they need to revamp their whole progression system and battle pass because seems like the battle pass content stinks compared to paid content. Lastly, they need to address technical issues that are in the current state of the game because that is turning some away. Anyways, I think they don’t need a BR and just need to be swift with updates, but would selfishly love a BR

I kinda hope they don’t go adding in a bunch of new guns. I don’t think Halo is the game for that. There seems to be more of an attempt at balance and fairness than some of these other games. Except for Fiesta lol
