I remember how lame the Xbox post last year for “exclusives coming in 2021” felt compared to what actually happened
This list was painful to read outside of Halo Infinite which ended up being one of the best campaign’s in an FPS I’ve ever played. They also included some games which weren’t Xbox console exclusive which was just odd.
Still no Mention of Crossfire which seems weird to me.
Just to let XboxEra know, there’s a lot of beef between Brian Fargo and Zenimax Media.
I’m pretty sure he is quite bitter after having a rough time with Hunted: The Demon’s Forge’s rough development. Also his feelings about the current state of Fallout don’t seem that positive, if he were just a regular gamer I’d probably say he fits into the No Mutants Allowed camp.

I recommend everyone who is a fan of western RPG’s to follow him on twitter. The Zenimax of old was not a very safe company to work for many years ago if you weren’t part of Bethesda Game Studios.
Id expect it to be Outer Worlds like.
Time heals wound. I can bet Zenimax back then was rough, especially in finance. Once they were purchased, they did clean out the office positions, so we can expect things being more of good side of Bethesda. That’s what Activision Blizzard staff solely needs: a rework on everything.

The worst is when they made the White and Black buttons something else. No one knows the names of those. HAMBURGER button and The Other Button. No longer Start or Select. 
No I know what they are. I was just arguing how 1 and 2 are more immediately intuitive, universally, as humans. Haha
1 is top, 2 is bottom. In the sense a numerical mapping of 1 then 2 is more immediately intuitive to a wider population than one that requires knowing the full form and memorising the B vs T to a degree. There’s a very clear inherent relationship between 1 and 2, but B and T are just arbitrary letters that require more knowledge. So even using weird mnemonic techniques to imprint onto memory it takes a bit more time.
Very confident half the people I know don’t even know those things are called bumpers or triggers.

This “Redfall is going to be delayed” idea based on absolutely nothing is going to get a little annoying so I’m hoping Arkane says or shows something soon.

But according to Sponger it would be open world, bigger and more dense than Skyrim even. But Jez in his article seemed to lean more towards what you say as well.

I believe it’s open world, but the game will have well defined biomes and more verticality opposed to a giant map
