Not the actual transcript, but
Well…duh?
We were supposed to see it this year, of all the games MS could show at E3 next year Avowed feels like a 100% certainty
But Hindle…
That’ll do.
Yeah he said the guy that directed TEW2 is working on a new game and that they are working or are going to work on smaller experiemental stuff with a smaller team too
So lots coming from Tango which is hype
Oh yea, Starfield is coming next year, nevermind
I really do like how Mikami is making an effort to grow young designers. That could be a studio working on 3 major games simultaneously in the future.
I watched this get updated in real time.
The narratives if more than one RPG is shown in a year
Avowed will be shown next year, im thinking it will be TGAs 2022.
Maybe E3 though, but im more confident in TGAs.
I think it will be E3. Obsidian has shown their games at E3 each year. My guess is we see both Avowed and Josh Sawyers game there with the former releasing next year and the latter 2022.
Starfield will dominate the E3 headlines, and I doubt MS want another RPG being overshadowed.
Josh Sawyers project for E3 and a huge 6 min gameplay demo for Avowed at TGAs makes more sense
Just this year Microsoft showed Outer Worlds and Starfield in the same show along with Fallout 76 highlight reel and a teser for its dlc.
They dont care about genre quotas.
Nah lol, It would be a better place for PD or Fable.
In fact they really like to show off a bunch of games, when possible, that’s why I think this next E3 should be the biggest yet.
For E3 Xbox should go in the morning and Bethesda goes later in the night.
Don’t compress everything into one show.
Xbox - Hellblade, Fable, Avowed, Perfect Dark, Contraband, Pentiment, New game announcement
Bethesda- Starfield, Redfall, Indiana Jones teaser, Tango Gameworks game tease, Roundhouse game announcement, Quake revival announcement
E3 2022 will be all about RPG :
InXile reveal.
Fable in engine trailer.
Avowed gameplay trailer.
Starfield deep dive.
And Josh Sawyer next game.
And you’ll all love it, even @Hindle
