Xbox Game Studios |OT5| DOOM posting not allowed. Except for posting about DOOM

When you put it like that possibly (to me). Anyway Im excited to see what they make.

The game now weighs in at 66.66 GB.

I SWEAR this is not a joke!

what you don’t realise is big studios have sales for bigger studios, like xbox store has sales for us. Compulsion was part of buy 4, get 1 free, and housemarque was 2 for 1 offer with bluepoint

rumour is rockstar are 50% off next week /s

The two last bosses are absolutely terrible. I really couldn’t believe what I was playing when fighting the final boss. So bad.

Can I just install the campagin on it’s own?

Also since Doom is now a Microsoft IP, id an Xbox studio, and the Doom Next-Gen upgrade is out today, I can finally shitpost this:

I admit that i was a little disappointed with We Happy Few… the game has several problems, many of them maybe caused by the low budget of the game. hopefully now, since money is no longer an issue, they deliver a better game. We Happy Few still has a lot of potential :slightly_smiling_face:. although they apparently are working on new IP.

Maybe Phil bought it on impulsion…

Vomiting is not miniscule to me… The thing is I really like the game, everything you mention is great. The story, setting, action, stealthing - all superb. It’s some very weird design choices though, it’s like the disgusting camera shake in Outriders that noone understood why the devs had there, thankfully they fixed that.

I’m going to give it another try, prepared this time. Bought fresh ginger, got some pills and will try to power through it.

It’s still lame to have no settings or options for accessability.

Compulsion is legit a future GOTY maker. The story, script, art direction, music and setting of We Happy Few were all excellent. It’s the gameplay and tech aspects they need to nail but Microsoft bought them because Sony had this “We make artistic games with deeper themes” aura and Microsoft wants that too.

Great stuff! And if it wasn’t clear already that TES VI is quite far away, this makes it clear again. I guess it will also depend on what happens after Starfield. Will the majority of the team work on expansions and when that’s done concentrate on TES VI, or will a smaller team make expansions so a larger team can start working on TES VI?

They don’t even mention PS, good, no more misunderstandings.

well it is an xbox ad

on the bethesda site PS is still mentioned

There was a documentary regarding Compulsion, and apparently their unique taste of creativity and ability to create procedural worlds are impressive.

No this is an official Bethesda trailer, even on their national channels they are running with it even in PS lands.

Man if Compulsion making a Jack the Ripper themed game is true…

(Obviously you would be investigating Jack the Ripper, not playing as him)

That sounds interesting as hell. Sign me up if true.
