has anyone said already “push Forza Motorsport as much you can as a next gen game title”?
Bethesda Game Studios views Fallout 76 as the current iteration of Fallout that will be heavily expanded on for years to come. Fallout 76 Locked & Loaded just released this April. The newest project from the Bethesda Game Studios family.
For Elder Scrolls fans the brand new DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online just released on June 1st. The Elder Scrolls Online Blackwood.
Man I HATE to quote myself, but yesterday again proves it.
People are bending over backwards to defend GT7 and GOW being cross-gen, even dismissing some people’s claims that Sony outright lied about GT7.
I just hope they make an offline mode for 76.
So I’m gonna be THAT GUY again…
Do we have actual real certified proof that Kojima is making a XGP game?
All we have is the word of Grubb, The Fraud and Miles from WC, all of whom aren’t exactly the most 100% all of the time.
Yeah, we saw the things on Phil’s shelf, but we’ve been told that Phil’s shelf has meaning, but we’ve yet to see anything from Phil’s shelf actually materialize.
I only say this because of that Herman Hulst interview yesterday where he name drops Kojima, and then Kojima retweeted it, so it seems like Sony and Kojima are still on good terms. My hopes of a Kojima Xbox game has dropped considerably in the last 24 hours.
I’m taking every XGS Global Publishing rumor with a heavy grain of salt now, especially if its coming from Jeff Grubb. Sometimes he is on the dot with the news he gets from some of his insiders, other times he might believe stuff he heard from fake insiders.
The best type of rumors come from guys like Jason Schreier like when he knew of Obsidians acquisition before it was even announced.
NOT TRUE
Show your work.
You can be on good terms… and make a IP for another publisher/company.
It’s not mutually exclusive… kojima’s studio is completely independent.
I totally understand that, but I’m just saying, it’s weird that for something as big as Microsoft getting a Kojima game, these are the only three sources.
There’s a reason why people say that. Phil has managed to hide many things in his shelf that has turned out to be of great significance. The first one was Xbox Series S console and there had been few things after that. The rumour was that it’s the game that Kojima was working on for Stadia.
The Series S was the only actual example.
Google denied that rumor.
You can’t say “there’s proof” when the only proof was something that happened one time, and became a meme that people hope is true.
@ProgStopper Until I see Kojima actually drop a game on xbox I wont believe a thing. They can announce it and I still wont believe it.
I love the people that take the tactic of praising Sony’s business sense. Which, hey I get that is why Sony lets things sit, or outright bullshits people and waits to reveal the truth at a more opportune time
But when you’re the guys they are taking advantage of for that business strategy to work on. Because they’re relying on you to excuse it…and you do…I mean…you’re just a next level simp
I think insiders need to calm down with certain stuff they throw on the rumor wall. Something like a Kojima deal is going to leave many disappointed because I don’t see it happening tbh
There is a big difference between Grubb saying something on stream and writing an article for Venturebeat. Articles with definitive statements are usually only done if someone has hard evidence.
Did he write an article?
Indeed.
IO’s “Project Dragon” would have been such a great “Holy Shit” moment.
Grubb’s seems sure of this i.e. it’s actual insider information. But, he also said it won’t be at e3 most likely so it’s pretty far out. also, kojima can make deals to make exclusives for both sony and xbox lol.
