How this game hasn’t won one of those awards for most supported games or w/e, maybe even one of those most improved from launch awards is crazy. Also just goes to show just because a game isn’t spoken about much doesn’t mean it’s dead.
Is there any issues with Elden Ring from Fromsoftware?
Dev been silent since june 2019, marketing campaign didn’t start till now and usually needs 6-9 months till release, if this scenario will happen? The game will hit the market from Spt-Dec 2021 and Next-Gen consoles is already here, and that’s mean 100% Next-Gen version.
One Scenario: the team basically is optimizing Elden Ring for 2 Generation of consoles [Ps4,Ps5,Xbox One, Xbox Series, PCs and maybe Stadia & Luna] and this will put more pressure on the team that will make some sacrifices and don’t want to share it now.
Another Scenario: Sekiro success changed devs plan, and the game returned to planning table like what happened with Yakuza 7.
Not sure if anything is going on with the game, but it’s definitely a bummer we have heard so little from it. I mean we did get updates on Scarlett Nexus, the other BN game, but Elden Ring…hopefully something soon because…I would say it’s time.
Hi. I’ve been browsing through the resetera xbox thread for about 2 years now, but never really felt the need to make an account since most of my thoughts have been either discussed or answered…up until now. I was wondering what the hell is Ninja Theory’s Bleeding Edge team up to? I checked LinkedIn a couple days ago and it seems the lead designer (forgot his name) is now working on Hellblade & most of the team left the studio. Where does that leave Rahni Tucker? Is she working on Hellblade or something completely new? Did she leave? Do any of you guys have a clue???
As for lead designer I think it’s natural for him to work on another project such HB2 because his part on BE is already complete, Rahni Tucker is the same. Don’t see any reason why any of them has to leave the studio, they always worked together and their positions are always there.
About some stuff left the team? Didn’t heard something like that and if it a real? Maybe they were a temporary jobs for BE.
Yeah, will be interesting to see what Rahni Tucker will do next. Bleeding Edge is probably done, so I expect she’s either taking on a new project or working on one of the two already announced projects.
Will be good start. The 1st, Microsoft has to reach an agreement with Capcom, the later, need to translate that awesome tech demo to a real game. If we get to a future where Ninja Theory is working on 3 adventure projects: HB2, DMC2, the Beggar’s Opera absolutely NT will be one of the most anticipated studies in the world <3
