Nop. It will be published by the developers themselves, GSC Game World. It is a timed console exclusive like Warhammer Darktide.
Edit: Just to elaborate a bit more, the only games part of Xbox Global Publishing I can remember so far are Ori, Flight Simulator and As Dusk Falls.

It’s encouraging to know that 5% of Satya Nadella’s entire “salary” is based solely on Gamepass revenue. Not xbox as a whole. Gamepass. So expect to see lots of growth and things that support growth. That includes continued expansion of content creation capabilities.

B U T he suggested something related to FF14 on Xbox console in “06/02/2021”. And mysteriously, Square Enix announces FF14 Showcase on February 6, 2021. So… he still has the benefit of the doubt. We will see.

- CrossfireX (Remedy Entertainment)
- Microsoft Flight Simulator (Asobo Studio)
- Ori and the Will of the Wisps (Moon Studios)
- Tell Me Why (Dontnod Entertainment)
The Medium, The Ascent, Scorn, The Gunk, Warhammer Darktide and Stalker 2 are not XGP.

Crossfire X to my knowledge is not in gamepass
The multiplayer is f2p, the campaign is paid. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be XGP.
I believe Brad Sams reported it (at least that’s what I saw others say), but business insider did report that his pay is now tied to cloud based services and specified gamepass. Excited for xcloud in 2021.
Coming to Apple via webapp. Coming to PC. Xbox One S server blades being upgraded to Xbox Series X server blades, greatly increasing streaming and video quality. Potentially coming to tv via a streaming dongle ala chromecast or tv app. And of course, even more games joining the service.
With this, they’re streaming, console business, and subscription service will finally coalesce.
