Not surprised at all. It would have been great to have it at launch or in December, but it also would have had to compete with CoD. Not a good idea.
The trailer with gameplay looked nice. I look forward to seeing more. In Remedy we trust. SP portion is not Game Pass and MP is, correct?

I remember seeing that game, it looked pretty interesting. I don’t think we’ve heard anything about it after the E3 2019 trailer.
Yeah, I think it was slated for this year and likely pushed back to the next. It’s being made by one guy I think, like Tunic, which is neat.
For me -
2021 overall is looking pretty damn good on paper. They all need to take the time they need to make the games be as high quality as possible. 2021 is going to be stacked overall when you add in multi-platform titles and next gen upgrades (Cyberpunk 2077 for me).
To be perfectly honest, im hoping that it’s Gears 6 as I would like to see them just wrap up this trilogy and give the franchise a break until next gen. After Gears 6 in 2022, give me a new IP in 2026 to end the generation.
I’m going with Ninja Theory. Gameplay reveal for Hellblade 2. They were obviously meant to show something back in July so I would say five months later sounds about right. Also, The Coalition showing off gameplay for the Gears 5 DLC. Not expecting any other studios to be honest.
Yeah 2021 looking really good for Xbox. It’s going to take a while to get used to having new games coming to game pass at the beginning of a new gen.
Game pass going to be indispensable for me in the coming years now that my son is going to nursery, childcare is expensive in the UK lol equivalent of like ~$1,500 a month

General xbox question for Series X. When its in standby mode is the fan always running? It’s off but in standby and I notice the fan is running. Not much as you can barley tell. Hard to tell air is even comming out. It wasn’t until I put a flashlight over it that I realized this. Is it supposed to do that? Also wouldn’t that just eat your power bill if the fan is always running 24/7. System is working fine just wondering about this. maybe the fans run all the time to on one x and pro and we dont notice because we cant see them.

Well, they didn’t. They had other eggs, but those also got delayed. The Medium, Gears 5: Hivebusters, The Ascent, Psychobauts, CrossfireX… but we’ve been asked to move on from this.
