You’re lucky as the game has gotten so much content since launch as at first it was pretty barren. I’m almost lvl 300 myself and really enjoy this game. It runs and looks great on Series X as well ever since they added 60fps + 4K last year. At first it might look daunting but after a while you’ll be swimming in caps and fast travelling all over the place. Also has one of the nicest communities I know of!

Maybe my feelings have changed about this, that looks kind of interesting.
SP/offline update ala Redfall would be amazing, and on top of that they’ve made the changes to VATS so it’s like previous games.

Just rewatched Giant Bomb from last year and I’d almost bet money on Perfect Dark showing this year and releasing next. It certainly sounded like that was the plan at the time.

I had a bit of a creative block, so I’ve taken a break but plan on trying to finish it this weekend… hopefully lol. I’m in the decoration phase now that I think it’s feature-complete, and that part takes forever for me

Everwild being multiplayer is disappointing. I prefer single player games and I was really looking forward to what Rare could do, in that style again.

Everwild will be playable alone like Sea of Thieves, there will also be a story in Everwild and if you play multiplayer I highly doubt that Everwild has PVP or even weapons, this is not the point of the game since you have to take care of the world

I’m still doing the main quest, and side quests for the most part. Still have my makeshift camp hehe. (I’m lvl 55)
I do have plans for my proper camp though. Bought some stuff from the Atomic Shop, going for a very broken, run down camp as my first. Have a shitty trailer and stuff. It’s fun how very varied you can build.

Everwild is likely following in the great success of Sea Of Thieves, a game that you play with your friends with a lot of future updates to come. I myself thought that Sea Of Thieves was a pretty good game for the hour or so I played, but I generally play solo and after getting hit by lighting twice. I understood this wasn’t going to be a game I would put much time into because coop was the main reason for it back when it launched.
Currently, I think I want to go back to play the new content that with a private server, but I don’t know if I will ever make the time for it. Because of how much stuff I do want play that’s coming out or is already out and I put in a lot of time when it launched and want to return to. So really it feels like a missed opportunity for me, so I hope Everwild is something I can get into and just ignore my usual instinct to not bother with coop. Or at least has private servers at launch for people that don’t want to do coop.
