Diablo is a weird game where people seemed to love the campaign , but the endgame doesn’t hook people in. I don’t think the average person like the idea of creating seasonal characters
This is my first Diablo game so I’m not familiar with the discourse or community but I’m having a blast. I’m 10 hours in and this would definitely be on my top 10 list last year.
Is seasonal characters a bad thing ? My character is seasonal lol. Uh oh.

Yeah personally I play my fill and move on, but a lot of Diablo fans play that for +10 years, I was really surprised how much lifespan Diablo 3 had

Spent some time over the weekend playing Ridge Racer 6 and i’m honestly shocked at how immersive the experience is despite being essentially 20 years old now. The track design, the visual aesthetics (yes it can be quite grey and brown sometimes lmao), the fanfare and excitmenet coming from the UI and sound visuals – it’s all very impressive.
And it only bums me out more that track design in racing games have ultimately regressed in favor of ultra-realism and open world environments.

Whenever the subject of the cool first party games coming this year comes around I’m always like…Hellblade 2 in May, Avowed etc. I keep forgetting about Indiana Jones. But that’s probably because that gameplay reveal and release date came out of left field. I don’t think anyone saw that coming.
Speaking of Hellblade 2, jesus, that’s next month. You could have fooled me with how radio silent it is regarding that game. More importantly, I still need to get going with the first.

Think it’s for the best, I don’t think it’s trailers outside of the first 2 has done it any good in terms of hype and word of mouth.
Less is more with a title like Hellblade 2.
The game comes out on May 21st, almost 2 months away as of now. I think it is pretty likely the marketing will ramp up a month from release.
