The Distant Horizons mod is one of the most game changing things i have ever experienced in minecraft. Its really quite crazy to be able to see so far off into the distance. Makes it feel like an actual world
This is literally the display distance we have on Microsoft Flight Simulator but in a game where we move on foot. I hope that in the near future the Open Worlds will be able to give us this impression of immensity.
I don’t play Minecraft or even have much interest in it, something like Terraria is much more appealing to me but man, videos like that show just how much further they can push Minecraft in the future
All I see is either worthless indie games or repeats of stuff available on PS+. Who would waste their money on such a subscription?

That seems like an odd change. Digipicks aren’t exactly hard to come by, and it seem entirely appropriate to have a cost associated with having made a mistake.
I don’t really care, just think it weird they chose to make a change.

I actually initially missed that there was a cost. And for some harder digilocks it was simply more economic to back out and try again for just 1 digipick.

Funnily enough, I remember playing the og Gears of War on the 360 in a demo kiosk back in the day and being completely blown away by the graphics.

I mean literally the thing we can all bet on with Gears 6 is that it will have amazing graphics 
It taking all this long, they must be doing new stuff with the franchise, really hope we see it this year.

Gears 1 was the last time that I was blown away by “next gen graphics”, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing on my TV. Played the Gears 1 campaign so many times that me and a good friend of mine knew the game inside out, we casually played the campaign on Insane via system link here in my house just to practice the sniper rifle and get better at it…and of course we played multiplayer for almost 2 years straight every night. Good times…
But yeah Gears 6 will be the first true showcase UE5 title for this generation, there’s no doubt about that. The Coalition is a great studio and I can’t wait to see what they are working on all those years…and I am not talking about graphics only but gameplay wise too.

I was still playing ps2 at the time and my brother had a 360 which I didn’t really know much about, went round to his house one day and got to play both
Gears graphics combined with the cover mechanics and Oblivions world felt so far beyond anything I had ever played, haven’t felt like that since
